My family and I enjoy rock hounding and collecting. It allows us much needed family time, while getting out in nature and learning about minerals and our environment.
While, I agree that an updated policy is needed, the new proposed Hobby Mineral Collect guide leaves a lot open to interpretation and guessing and I almost feel like I have less opions then before.
