why does this remove all the "intensification first" approach? why does it just encourage sprawl when we know that is bad planning? why does it remove investment certainty for business now that people can build condos next to concrete batching facilities whenever they want? how is that going to keep business in ontario if employment can be converted whenever now and not just during the mcr?
