I feel this is not a good idea because of the impact on the environment in the area. There are dump stations he can bring the waste to which are more environmentally friendly. Him dumping out in the country will hurt the wildlife as well as the water quality in neighbouring streams as well it will impact neighbouring water wells. It is a waste of good farmland which could be used to produce crops or feed animals such as cows. I feel this is not the place for him to spread raw human sewage while there are sewage treatment plants. I feel there will always be an odour from the sewage which will not be pleasant. Knowing Mr Wilson he does a lot of jobs for cash so he will not do the paperwork for the cash jobs.
