As a veterinarian and biologist, I am appalled that "Dog train and trial" facilities exist, let alone that your ministry is proposing to add new facilities.
How do you justify your title as Fish and Wildlife Conservation - it is in complete contradiction to your purpose which is to satisfy the few who believe that wildlife exists for our amusement.
Please register my strong objection to this proposal.
