I'll be brief: This report does not recommend action in-line with the realities of our changing world. Primarily: it does not price our environmental externalities into the market. It is also insufficient in it's examination of energy reduction with methods like remote work, transit, high-density housing, and more.

I'm glad to see action being researched and considered, but on this issue insufficient action is basically the same as no action at all. We cannot avoid 'disruption', because if we don't do anything 'disruptive', the environment will do it for us.
