If there's something wrong with the current plan, why don't we come up with a new one first, and then replace the old one? The way this is written it will leave us without a plan. Scientists keep warning about oncoming disaster , and this bill feels like a step BACKWARDS.
Let's fix and iterate on the plans we have instead of starting from scratch all the time.
Starting a fight with the Federal government over cap-and-trade will just WASTE MORE TIME. I don't understand why we keep doing this.
