The 24 current facilities should be abolished immediately and obviously no more licences should be issued.
It is truly disturbing that such cruel and archaic practices are still allowed in this province. This is going backwards and is not only embarrassing as an Ontario citizen, it is absolutely shameful. Here is one of many sources to support the obvious fact that this has to stop.
