This proposal for additional train and trial licenses should not be happening or even considered in this day and age. This is blatant animal cruelty and is entirely unnecessary and inhumane. These practices are inhumane towards innocent wild animals and we can do better than this.
I firmly reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario.
