I am appalled at the thought that Ontario would even consider reopening the licensing of places that capture wild animals to be hunted for training purposes. In 1997 it was considered inhumane to treat animals that way and I believe that it is still inhumane
I will be forwarding this information to others to ensure more people comment against this
