This Bill is a grotesque proposal. It is proposing to legalize the inhumane brutal, bloody, violent killing of confined wild animals. It legitimizes the use of dogs for sport killing. These dogs - all with high prey drives - will present a new and increased threat to young children and family pets if their owners do not practice the utmost safety and care in preventing these animals from ever getting loose in the community.
This is EXACTLY the kind of activity our government should be outlawing through legislation.
This is outside the bounds of reasonableness. It will descend into dog fighting.
