I do not support the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario. These facilities are cruel to wildlife, as it submits these animals to repeated stress, which may cause them to die. Regardless of whether the animal dies of stress, it will cause suffering as the animal will not be able to escape.
