I do not support this barbaric and inhumane practice. I don’t understand how it can possibly be under consideration in these modern enlightened times. How anyone can think this is recreational is beyond imagination. This cruelty and disrespect towards wildlife in a fishbowl, let alone in the broader environment, should be actively forbidden, and no support whatsoever should be given to it from ANY organization, let alone the government of Ontario!!!
