Being as respective as I can be, this should absolutely not be passed. How could anybody think that using a living creature to train dogs to hunt it is okay? These are living, breathing animals who can feel fear and pain and stress and using them as training tools is animal torture and should not be allowed. Mr. Doug Ford, the wanting of animal torture is a serious moral and conscious issue which I ask you seek help for.
