Do not let this proposal pass, vote it down. I cannot believe that we are even considering allowing this practice when these wild animals are used as bait. Not only is this incredibly inhumane, it is laughable to think hunting dogs need to learn this practice. As a hunter myself, I am embarrassed to be associated with the people pushing for this proposal. I did not know it possible to be so disappointed in one's government, but you/they keep finding a way to make it worse.
