This is a deeply unethical and sick practice and should not in any way be used in Ontario. If our government brings this back, it only further disgraces this province (all the current provincial government knows how to do, apparently, as they have yet to have a single good idea during their tenure) and only benefits the cruel and awful people who run the trail and trial areas in the province. For shame.
