The practice laid out for the dog training is cruel and inhumane. Other alternatives exist that don't involve that cruel killing of a defensiveless animal. Further studies should be completed with alternatives presented. It's to my knowledge the practice presented was phased out.

I would also raise concerns that this could lead to other issues such as dog fighting and other sorts of animal abuses.
