Dog training and trial facilities are outdated and just barbaric in todays standards. To allow more of these areas to be opened is just cruel and unnecessary. There is no need for them other than the delight in animal cruelty for people’s enjoyment.
I am strongly against the issuances of new licensees for these areas.
