This proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario is backwards and cruel. Wild animals should not be taken from their natural environments, held captive, and subjected to these inhumane methods of training dogs to hunt. These facilities should be closed and competitions should be banned. There is no good reason to move forward with this.
