I strongly believe that no new licenses should be issued for using captive wildlife to train hunting dogs. This would allow for cruel treatment of the wildlife in question. Animals such as coyotes, foxes and rabbits should not be help captive just to aid in the training of hunting dogs. This proposal would contribute to the unnecessary suffering of animals. Dogs can and should be trained in other ways.
