This is cruel, and incredibly unnecessary. Ontario does not need any more ways commit Animal Cruelty. There is enough violence against animals in the province of Ontario that there is no need for any reason at all for people to train their dogs to kill other animals for the sole reason of it being fun. Ontario wildlife needs to be protected. It is shameful and disgusting that this is even a discussion.
