What sick person came up with this proposal, whoever they are they are disgusting! If you have to kill a wild animal just do it humanely, this ‘practice’ (sadistic to say the least) of ‘training’ dogs to hunt and kill them is clearly an excuse for some blood sport and does not need to be sanctioned by the government. Go torture animals on your own dime!
