This UTTERLY DISGUSTING and a BETRAYAL of what we expect from governmental agencies. This is unacceptable, inhumane, horrific in fact, and not the kind of activity I support in any way.
I just heard about this today, so I am unprepared to put together a letter listing all of my objections and all the ways this is an immoral activity. I will support any and all groups opposing and exposing this depraved legalization of animal cruelty. You are BREAKING the law! How can you justify this?
