I am concerned about the current boundary expansion proposal. I would prefer to see housing developed within the urban core which will not require taxpayers to fund new services, and will be eligible to federal funding. We need to preserve our green spaces. For the birds and the ground waters and at risk species. If we start encroaching on farmland we will send up with sprawl, and an increasingly generic box store infrastructure. Please consider going back to pre 2022 boundary guidelines.
