UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants has provided the enclosed commenting Letter on behalf of the landowner of 63 Albany Street, Oshawa. The Letter outlines their recommendations for the proposed Provincial Planning Statement based on the modifications contained in the ERO posting.
