At its Council meeting of May 29, 2023, Council of the Township of King received and approved recommendations as outlined in Growth Management Services Department, Planning Division Report GMS-PL-2023-24 regarding “Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023, and the Proposed Provincial Planning Statement” and the associated Environment Registry of Ontario (ERO) posting.
The attached letter and associated appendix summarize the Township's Council endorsed comments on ERO Posting 019-6813.
