We need the ability for our farmland to have at least 3 severable lots. This will contribute to a greater sense of place and identity in the area, which can foster a greater sense of community and pride among residents. It will also allow our children continue working on the farm, helping us, while also giving them a sense of ownership by owning their own piece of property. Please make this happen!
