While I agree farmers shouldn’t be able to sever lots to sell of to developers, I do not agree that they’re not able to sever so that family can build on the land. You boast about allowing farmers to build a secondary dwelling, which essentially means nothing if the land cannot be severed.
Please consider the next generation of farmers who need a place to live and raise their families on the family farm.
