I’m going to say what I know a lot of farmers are thinking - sure, 3 severances May be too many but there is absolutely a need for at least one. Our livelihood and future success of our farms depends on living and working on them. It would be a huge miss not to take any of this into consideration: the rules have been too strict for too long. It’s time for change.
