Total lunacy, where are the people who are going to buy these homes going to find any work, the Liberal provincial government closed down the hydro generating plant and took the stacks down so that no government would be able to re open the plant without spending millions of dollars, the only people who will profit from this are the big companies who are buying the land and building the homes, shortage of homes is not the problem, the price of the homes is. Younger people cannot save money fast enough for the down payment, and interest rates are already putting people on the streets.
