The Township of Puslinch strongly objects to a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for 2374868 Ontario Inc., operating a liquid soil processing facility located at 6678 Wellington County Road 34 in Puslinch.
The Township of Puslinch Council refused the Zoning By-law Amendment application seeking to legalize the soil processing facility in March of 2023. The use is currently operating illegally, without zoning permissions.
As detailed in the Township report to Council, the site is not appropriate for a liquid soil processing facility. In respect specifically to the noise ECA, there remain outstanding and unaddressed concerns identified by the Township’s acoustical engineer and therefore, no noise ECA should be issued.
