This proposal should definitely be denied as it is a level 3 request that could have a huge impact on the water supply for all of Oro-Medonte. Once it has been disrupted it can not be repaired. As noted in a letter I read there appears to be an an alternative method by recycling the water used. Probably more expensive for Sargeants but that's the cost of doing business. The moraine has to be protected.
