The attached correspondence is made on behalf of the registered owner of Lot 22, Rundle Road in the Municipality of Clarington. As the authorized planning agent on this matter, Weston Consulting wishes to indicate our support for the designation of the property as an Employment Area within the Urban System of Clarington, as reflected in Map 1 of the 2023 Durham Official Plan. We thank the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the opportunity to comment.
