For section 3.2.6, if the ministry is proposing allowing for overnight storage of Hazardous and Sewage waste I would also suggest or ask that it also allow for the overnight, until next business day, storage of Non-Hazardous, non noxious waste for all Junk removal companies. It's not always possible due to limited hours to always get junk (ie non hazardous, non noxious waste) to a Waste Disposal Facility on the same day. I agree that if stored overnight, it should be in a secured area (ie fenced, 24 security surveillance, etc). There are a lot of junk removal companies in Ontario who pick up junk from all sorts of clients and they are not currently able to store waste/junk overnight, but they should be allowed to.
