A complete lack of oversight…

A complete lack of oversight and accountability on stormwater management has the potential to damage infrastructure, damage natural systems if there is overflow from poor designs, and a general inability of any level of government to account for the ebb and flow of stormwater management in water budgets. This is totally irresponsible. If I were to propose dumping huge volumes of water from my private residence, this would be denied immediately given a municipality would not know the quality and pulse rate of the outflow.
