What kind of rental properties do these include?
If a family of 4 with household income of 50k and wants to rent how much would they pay under these new regulations?
Does this family pay the same as a single person person making 50k themselves for the same property?
How would these regulations encourage others to keep their cost low when there is no regulation for how high a private landlord can raise their price?
Seeing examples set by private landlords how would others be encouraged to keep prices affordable and also have the building properly maintained?
If the ceiling for private landlords doesn't exist how would it encourage new developments to stay with this regulation model?
Lots of loose ends here and no answers. Sounds to me like the same old "buck a beer" but rewritten.
