I support the comments made…

I support the comments made by the Canadian Environmental Law Association with respect to the expansion of the permit by rule system to include hazardous materials such as asbestos and biomedical waste, pub waste etc. These are obvious high risk materials which require extensive monitoring and should her subject to oversight and compliance measures from the the beginning. They shoals not be added to the permit by rule framework.
