I am in agreement with the rescinding of the MZO. I don't believe that the planning processes that are in place for redevelopment should be fast-tracked because a developer asks for it. The rules and regulations are in place to keep everyone/everything safe...without proper environmental assessments, we may be creating more healthcare and animal issues in the future.
