1) Is this property properly zoned to allow for a waste transfer station? Based on my review, it is zoned E3-12 which does not allow for the property to be used for waste processing or transfer.
2) Will an ECA (industrial sewage) also be required as part of the approval process?
3) Will an ECA (air & noise) also be required as part of the approval process?
