Devaluation of property value to entire community of dresden.
Predominate north winds blowing hazardous building materials, gasses, odour into town.
Increase traffic through town over one bridge.
Adjacent residential buildings need to be replace like for like due to increased traffic, odor, air, water contamination.
Located way too close to an existing community. Does not comply with PPS, OP, ZBL. Will destroy the community. Not welcome.
