I am solidly against any type of waste facility at this location. I live 1.3 km away.
I am concerned about the environmental impact on the wildlife, watershed, ground water, well water contamination (my family drinks and will always prefer to drink natural ground water from our well).
The Sydenham is home to endangered species and species at risk and a creek runs from this property to the Sydenham river.
Air pollution from the handing and processing of materials.
Noise pollution from machinery.
A huge increase in commercial traffic 24/7 travelling by my house, the wear on the road, noise, vibration, safety of my young child getting on and off the school bus.
