The people of Dresden and area, need iron clad promises, that they will not expand the dump and that they will use all means to ensure there will be no spillage reaching the rivers or ground water. Also they must ensure all wells are not damaged and if it happens that they will supply municipal water from the town of Dresden to those effected.
