The province and York1 are attempting to slip this through a decades old application that is nowhere near the size and scope of what they now propose. This is completely shady practice and shows the lack of concern for the small community of Dresden, and a large city mindset that refuses to acknowledge the significant contributions Chatham-Kent in general makes towards the agricultural needs of the entire province
