Approximately 10 years ago contaminated soil was dumped as clean fill in Peterborough County hamlet of Bailieboro, nobody was to willing to take blame. This was done to a farmers land completely Devaluing it. I’d they can relocate a contamination site to a larger property where there isn’t immediate neighbours surrounding the property. The cheap land they bought to profit millions to do this operation impacts every resident on Winhara road. Doesn’t seem fair. I’ll post the link to only one of the dozens of issues with contaminated soil being disposed of unlawfully. The hours of this operation will be keeping several neighbouring homes with the noise of equipment, Jake brakes etc 12 hours a day including Saturdays.
