Very concerned that a company is allowed to use permits that were for an entirely different use and bases without an environmental assessment. That fact that it breaks so many requirements to have a landfill ( 1 km from a town, in a flood zone) and this is still being allowed when there are 2 schools on a Main Street without a traffic plan is unimaginable. The smell that comes, damage to the water wells and endangering species on the water. Including eagles that nest in the area!!
This is not wanted from the community or surrounding areas.
