How is York 1 Environmental Waste Solutions ltd allowed to take out a surety bond with the ministry under an address they do not own.. May 19th, 2023 Financial Assurance shows 29841 Irish School Road
York 1 has stated they own 29841 Irish School Road on multiple filings with the Ministry of the Environment, as confirmed by letters drafted by York 1 lawyers to the ministry attesting to ownership of the said address.
York 1 has conducted drill testing on 29841 Irish School Rd., then amended their ERO application in February to state 29831 Irish School Road.
Additional filing with the ministry shows both 29831 - 29841 Irish School Road as owned by York 1.
Letters to the neighbours, as instructed by the Ministry of the Environment Include a letter to the Legal owners of 29841 Irish School Road.
We have identified many areas of False Statements in the York 1 Docs that make it look like outright fraud against the legal owners of 29841 Irish School Road, the Ministry of the Environment, & the Insurance underwriter to name a few.
This pattern of False statements on Legal Documents gives our community Grave Concerns as to the company's ability to operate Unchecked by the Ministry of the Environment.
