Do not feel that the site chosen by York 1 is appropriate for the type of industry they plan ...trucks 24/7 on roads not built for the type of wear that will occur 1 km N of Dresden.
I am concerned about safe water disbursed into Molly's Creek , subsequently Sydenham River and all of the wildlife homed in the woods and water and air.
It seems a more appropriate location would be off the 402 ...land available at an appropriate distance from a town and using roads built for this type of truck traffic.
