Hello,
Please do not use lethal methods to control “hyperabundant” wildlife populations like raccoons, white tailed deer, turkeys, etc. Please do not kill individual “nuisance” or displaced animals either. Killing animals never gets to the root of the problem, which are attractants like garbage. Every animal killed leaves space for more to move in. And protecting park values should mean demonstrating humane, non lethal methods to live with animals. Killing sends the wrong message to the public. There are plenty of non lethal ways to live with raccoons, turkeys, deer, and all sorts of other wildlife too. Please check out humane coexistence methods.
