As a farmer in the small community of Dresden I would ask that you require York 1 to do a full environmental study as soon as possible so we can put an end to this and not drag it on for years.
I own farms directly west and east of the proposed sites the effects to my field and vegetable crops would be devastating with the air born pollutants and water contamination.
