First of all, it is not the former Dresden, it is Dresden a part of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
Yes there should be a complete and extensive assessment done before anyone is allowed to jump into this project. Preferably scrap the whole project with all the residents viable complaints and concerns.
The amount of traffic going through the town of Dresden will be dangerous, passing by 2 schools which are on the main path to this proposed site.
