Please require a full EA for this proposal. You have received 1000s of comments already with all the concrete evidence on why this should require a Full EA. This site is less than 1km from our town and affects our drinking water, wildlife, water wells, and our health. If it was proposed as a new site and not trying to use/revise old licenses, it would require a full EA based on the location to a town being less than 3.5km.
Our first choice as a community would for you to reject all the proposals from York 1 for this site. Second choice is a full EA to start.
Save our health, town, infrastructure, wildlife and water!
